At Luxe Kitchen Wraps, our goal is always to elevate a kitchen space to reflect both style and soul. In this recent transformation completed in Surrey, we took a cool, clinical white kitchen and reimagined it into a calm, grounded, and inviting family space – all completed in just two days.
Before: Clean and Modern, But Missing Warmth
The original kitchen design featured high-gloss white cabinetry, a bright quartz island, and clean modern lines. While fresh and uncluttered, the all-white look lacked personality and warmth – a common feeling for clients after living with it for some time.
After: Natural Tones and Effortless Style
We introduced warmth, texture, and a soft, calming colour palette to bring the space to life.
Key design elements:
Woodgrain cabinetry using Coverstyl NE71 to add organic warmth and texture.
Off-white matt units wrapped in Samsung 2035, offering a soft contrast that avoids harsh brightness.
Stylish bar stools with neutral upholstery and woven backs add layered texture and tactile comfort.
Matte black tap and appliances for a clean, grounded contrast.
Ambient pendant lighting with vintage-style bulbs to soften the mood and add warmth in the evenings.
Subtle styling with plants, natural accessories and daylight connection through large bifold doors and a skylight.
Design Notes: Pairing with Precision
One of the most rewarding challenges of this project was finding the perfect pairing between the warm wood tone and the soft off-white finish. We explored over 40 different colour combinations to achieve this calming, elegant contrast – a testament to our design process and attention to detail.
