At Luxe Kitchen Wraps, we love transforming kitchens that have lost their charm, and this project in Hampshire was a perfect example. Once dark green, worn, and poorly installed, this kitchen needed more than just a refresh, it needed a complete reimagining.
With damaged worktops, missing panels and a dull, heavy colour scheme, our goal was to create a space that felt bright, balanced and effortlessly elegant.

The kitchen originally featured:
Dark green cabinet doors with visible wear and peeling
Water damage around the sink area
A poorly fitted splashback that was loose from the wall
A concrete island worktop that was dull, stained and uneven
Despite its large footprint and solid structure, the space felt gloomy and unfinished, lacking both warmth and personality.
After: A Modern Classic in Matte Ivory and Onyx Gold
The transformation was nothing short of incredible. In just a few days, the kitchen was completely restyled with high-quality materials and precise craftsmanship.
Key upgrades included:
New made-to-measure 18mm doors in Matte Ivory for a timeless, soft aesthetic
Full replacement of plinths, end panels, side panels and corner trims
Island worktop wrapped in Coverstyl NE70 Onyx Gold, adding luxury and light reflection
New sink worktop and matching splashback fitted seamlessly
Brand new white sink installed to complete the fresh new look
All doors realigned and professionally fitted for precision and longevity
The result is a kitchen that feels calm, bright and welcoming, with the perfect balance of neutral warmth and sophisticated detail.
Design Notes: Elegant Lightness and Lasting Quality
This project focused on craftsmanship and cohesion, taking a space that once felt dark and disjointed, and turning it into a place that feels designed with purpose.
The combination of Matte Ivory and Onyx Gold gives subtle depth and texture, while the refined detailing ensures it feels modern yet timeless. The previously heavy concrete island is now a beautiful centrepiece, drawing the eye without dominating the room.
